The Challenge

Though We Move All were already a fantastic local business, their online presence definitely didn’t reflect that! They were using a Content Management System that wasn’t fit for purpose and a full audit of their Google Ads account revealed no conversion tracking and a poor structure. They also needed a way to better handle enquiries because the team were spending most of the day out in their vans on jobs. This meant a lot of leads and opportunities were being missed and it wasn’t sustainable.


The Solution

We first carried out a thorough audit of both the website and Google Ads account. As the CMS wasn’t doing what was needed, we migrated the site to WordPress and made some improvements to the structure and copy. We then made sure all tracking was installed, including setting up Analytics and Goals to track conversions. As part of this tracking implementation, we set up call tracking to monitor the quality of the leads being generated. To address the problem of leads being missed, we built and installed a Chat Bot on the site to take enquiries, sort them and pass them on for quoting and booking in. Finally, we carried out a complete rebuild of the Google Ads account, structuring it correctly and ensuring all conversions were tracked. The business had some great USPs that were missing from their ad copy, so we also reworked that to drive greater engagement and interaction.
