As an independent supplier of professional catering equipment, Roundstone’s first challenge was that they were competing with some huge ecommerce suppliers that dominate the market and search engines. These ecommerce giants spend vast sums to promote their commercial kitchen equipment across the UK. Our client’s approach therefore needed to be thought out carefully.


The Solution

The USP of the business is that they will visit your premises and with the benefit of 40+ years of experience they will advise on everything from kitchen design and layout, equipment repairs and maintenance and the best product for the individual’s requirement. Without advice it would be easy to purchase a commercial dishwasher that is not fit for purpose.

We built out relevant pages on the website and devised the SEO strategy around local search. For the PPC strategies we focused on bringing in customers looking predominantly for repairs and maintenance as the need is urgent (broken industrial oven in a restaurant equals no service!). As the repair and service enquiries started to roll in our client was then able to build the relationship with the customer and upsell new products and services when the time arose.
